I am currently researching with the Nonprofit & Advocacy Lab at the University of Florida under the leadership of Principal Investigator (PI), Dr. Kimberly Wiley (Family, Youth and Community Sciences). The lab's mission is to "strengthen the role of mission-driven organizations in society."
Uncertainty Project
Undergraduate Research Assistant
I am working with interview data from nonprofit leaders in Florida. The study explores how nonprofit leaders adapt to public policy change associated with their missions and programming. The goal is to generate a peer reviewed publication and a policy brief.

Advancing Racial Justice
Undergraduate Research Assistant
In this project, I am working with data the lab has collected from UF and FAMU students about their experiences at UF. I plan assist in developing a poster for the UF undergraduate research symposium and a peer-reviewed journal article.
